ACRA affirms A(RU) to EVA Investment Company, outlook stable

ACRA has assigned EVA Investment Company an A(RU) credit rating, outlook Stable, confirming its strong market position.
The credit rating of EVA Investment Company stems from the high assessment of the operational profile, which is based on the Company’s strong market position, as well as very high business and geography assessments. The financial profile assessment reflects high scores for profitability, debt service and cash flow, low leverage, strong liquidity, as well as the large size of business.
Vladimir Voronin is Chairman of the Board of Directors of EVA Investment Company. Dmitry Dorofeev became President of EVA Investment Company.

EVA Investment Company was established in 2025 for the purpose of effectively managing a diversified portfolio of assets. Revenue for 2025 under the combined IFRS financial statements amounted to RUB 344 bln. The portfolio of EVA Investment Company includes all companies of the development segment operating under the FSK brand (FSK Group, FSK North-West, FSK Region, FSK Family), manufacturing companies (Larta Glass, STiS Group of Companies, Larta Minerals, Organic Acids, and others), and service sector companies (Filanco Group, FSK Teplo, and others). The rating applies to all assets included in the portfolio managed by EVA Investment Company.
